The FARM HOLIDAY GUARNERA is also a farm of about nine hectares that produces citrus fruits, oil, vegetables and orchard fruit using exclusively biological methods with the "Q Certificazioni s.r.l." certification. The fresh farm products are at the base of the local cuisine that guests can enjoy at lunch and dinner.

The respect for the environment is a key element of all the property:
the Guarnera agritourism is ideal for the Nature lovers, in a well finished place, quiet, located at few kilometers from the town of Cefalù but away from noise and bustle. Here we can offer you the well-being, ideal for those who really want to escape the city’s frantic rhythms and to abandon many of the comforts that nowadays affect our daily lives.

The rooms are inspired to the Sicilian tradition style with original furniture, and they are cool because the old building, there are neither air conditioner (except in a room) nor television. This is not a hotel, but a place where the nature is Queen. Generous breakfasts are prepared with biological fruits directly from the farm. The swimming pool with water from secular springs will welcome you with open arms!

Lemon and orange trees that scent the air with their continuous blossoming surround the house, as well as olive, banana and almond trees. Together with the colours of the geraniums and the jasmines this environment is particularly representative of the Sicilian coastal countryside, creating a frame for the deep blue sea in the distance.
The house is a lively example of 19th century rural architecture and it has been recently refurbished to offer all the amenities of modern comfort, maintaining at the same time its original character.
The windows with their gratings and the small terraces face the valley towards the sea on one side, and the hills with silvery olive trees and golden orange and lemon trees on the other.
Outside and inside the house some areas are available for the persons who want to spend their time reading, relaxing and walking.
The swimming pool, open from June to October, is rectangular and of a deep green colour, so that it is well integrated with the surrounding countryside.
Paved areas for sunbathing, shaded spots and all the necessary equipment, together with showers, changing rooms and toilets, surround the swimming pool.

Indoors the house is simply and soberly furnished, retaining much of its original furniture. The old fireplaces, the wood oven and the ceramic floors create altogether a very cosy atmosphere. The dwelling has central heating and is therefore open all year round and, thanks to a very large meeting room, is also suitable for small groups conferences. The Farm Holiday Guarnera can sleep up to 14 people. All the rooms are very large and can accommodate up to 3-4 persons each. All the rooms have private bathrooms and independent entrances. An independent kitchen is available for an extra 20 euro/night.
